How we handle your details.

What we collect

When you send a brief, we receive what you type into the form: your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, project location, the services you need, deadline, budget range, your message and any links you share. We also record the country your request came from, which we use only to show the budget ranges in the right currency.

Why we use it

We use your brief to reply to you and to prepare a scope and a fee. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone outside Apaw Group and its companies: Licht Visual, Viruma, Onesplat and AIX.

Where it is kept

Briefs are stored in this website's database and sent to our email account. Both are run by service providers we use to operate the studio (Cloudflare and Google Workspace).

Films, 360 views and 3D scans

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. When you play a film hosted on YouTube or Vimeo, or open a virtual tour or 3D viewer from another site, that service loads only at that moment and its own privacy policy applies.
